Pricing Policy
Our pricing is determined by factors including distance, travel time, and the number of passengers. Any changes to agreed-upon journeys may incur additional charges if they involve extra time or distance. A1 & Eden Cars Ltd reserves the right to upgrade your selected vehicle if necessary. We also reserve the right to adjust our charges at any time.
Airport Car Parking Charges
Airport pickups require short-stay parking, which is not included in quoted prices. Parking fees are payable to A1 & Eden Cars Ltd.
Waiting Time
We offer 40 minutes of complimentary waiting time for airport pickups from the flight landing time. After this, waiting time is charged at £20 per hour pro rata. For other journeys, the first 5 minutes from the scheduled pickup time are free, with waiting time charged thereafter at £20 per hour pro rata.
Tolls
Bridge tolls are not included in online quotes and are payable to A1 and Eden Cars.
Amendment Policy
Any amendments must be made via email or telephone, not with the driver. Confirmation of amendments will be provided via email.
Re-Booking Policy
All bookings must be made through our office via the website, telephone, or email to ensure confirmation and insurance coverage.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with at least 3 hours’ notice are accepted, but cancellations after the vehicle has been dispatched incur charges. Refunds are not issued for no-shows or cancellations with less than 3 hours’ notice.
Airport Journeys
We do not accept responsibility for missed flights due to unforeseen circumstances. Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport 3 hours before departure. We do not refund costs for missed flights or delays due to late arrivals.
Lost & Found Property
We are not responsible for any property left in vehicles. Found items will be stored for 28 days before disposal.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or defaults caused by uncontrollable conditions.
Holiday Surcharges
Service reservations during specific dates and times may incur a 50% surcharge. Please note that information on this website is for general purposes only and does not confirm bookings.
